Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the rug or home accessory back into its original shipping materials to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
